At Marty’s Meats Smash Burgers, everything is hand-made with love. We take 55 day wet-aged prime cuts from Pure South, and process it all inside of our chiller on site. We’re talking cutting, drying, mincing, balling—all at 2 degrees. Every day we make freshly-cut beef tallow fries, house-made sauces cooked for 10 hours, and addictive cookies with real ingredients. No shortcuts. Nothing is frozen. All good, honest food with no BS.
