Don’t forget our sauces have no preservatives and no artificial colouring—preservation comes from vinegar and salt, and colour from caramelisation.

Marty’s been perfecting these sauces for years, and each one is cooked with love for 10 hours in our restaurant kitchen. He first started developing the OG Chilli Bourbon Sauce 20 years ago when he was 15!
